About Me
I am the Curator of Ornithology and the Barbara Brown Chair of the Biology Department at the Science Museum of Minnesota. I also hold a Courtesy Faculty appointment at the Florida Museum of Natural History and am a Museum Associate at the Bell Museum of the University of Minnesota. My research focuses on the relationship between form and function, with a current focus on the neuroanatomy of birds. In a professional capacity, I work to grow, preserve, and digitize natural history collections.
